The properties of oligoesteracrylates make it possible to use them in the production of lacquers and enamels for metal and wood, adhesives and sealants, binders for composite materials, electrical insulating compounds, contact lenses, optical parts, printing plates, and are also used to modify high-molecular compounds, asbestos products, rubbers and plastisols. Their use in elastomers makes it possible to obtain hard rubbers with good dynamic properties.

 


MGF-9 brand oligoesteracrylate.

 

Oligoesteracrylates are capable of homopolymerization, which makes it possible to prepare varnishes based on them without the use of volatile and toxic unsaturated monomers. On the basis of oligoesteracrylate, varnishes and enamels can be obtained that can form coatings with improved properties, especially in the temperature range of 18-25 ° C. The low viscosity of many oligoesteracrylates allows in some cases to obtain materials based on them with a high content of dry residue. When curing oligoesteracrylates, the inhibitory effect of oxygen in the air is less pronounced, which makes it possible to obtain paraffin-free varnishes of hot and cold curing.

MGF-9 oligoesteracrylate is a product obtained by condensation telomerization from methacrylic acid, triethylene glycol and phthalic anhydride in a periodic manner followed by continuous washing of the resulting raw material and semi-continuous distillation of the solvent.

 

Packaging:

 

MGF-9 oligoesteracrylate is packed in barrels of 220 kg, as well as in polyethylene cans of 0.5 kg.

 

Transportation:

 

Transportation of MGF-9 oligoesteracrylate is carried out by all types of cargo transport in accordance with the rules of cargo transportation applicable to each type of transport.  During transportation, it is necessary to protect the product from direct sunlight.

 

Keeping:

 

MGF-9 grade oligoesteracrylate is stored in closed warehouses at temperatures from 25 ° C to minus 25 ° C. Avoid exposure to sunlight. The joint storage of oligoesteracrylate with acids, alkalis, oxidants and near a heat source or an open fire is not allowed.

 

The warranty period of storage is 6 months from the date of manufacture.
