Electrical insulating impregnating compounds of KP303V and KP-303VK brands

Compounds provide a higher degree of filling of the winding compared to varnishes. The consumption of the compound is 2 – 2.5 times less than varnishes. The relatively low viscosity of the compound allows the impregnation of windings heated to 50-80 ° C with a cold compound, which significantly increases the viability of the compound in the impregnation bath, reduces energy consumption. In addition, it reduces the leakage of the compound from the winding immediately after impregnation.

Impregnating electrical insulating compounds KP-303V and KP-303VK are designed for impregnation of windings of electric machines with insulation of class B (130oC), F (155oC), H (180oC) on drip (jet) installations with current and radiation drying, on vacuum injection installations and by dipping.

– High curing speed;

– Viability of compounds with the introduced hardener – at least 30 days;

– High cementing ability of compounds, including at operating temperatures;

– Good dielectric properties of electorizolation compounds under conditions of high humidity.

Impregnating electrical insulating compounds are solutions of unsaturated epoxyesters in oligoesteracrylate, polymerizing without the release of volatile products.

Transportation:

Transportation of the compound is carried out in accordance with GOST 9980.5 by all types of cargo transport in accordance with the rules of cargo transportation applicable to each type of transport.

Keeping:

The guaranteed shelf life of the KP-303V compound in a sealed container without a hardener is 12 months from the date of manufacture. The compound is stored in a tightly closed container of the manufacturer in warehouses at a temperature no higher than plus 30 ° C, away from heating devices; it is necessary to protect it from moisture and sunlight.

The application period can be extended indefinitely by adding a fresh compound to the bath during the impregnation process.

  1. Preparation of the working composition;

    Preparation of the working composition is the process of introducing a hardener into the base. As a rule, the hardener is introduced into the base before use. The hardener O-50 is thoroughly mixed before being introduced into the compound until it is completely homogeneous. The amount of hardener injected is 2% of the mass of the compound. The resulting composition is mixed and allowed to settle to remove air bubbles. The shelf life of the finished composition is at least 30 days at a temperature not higher than 25 ° C.

  2. Using the compound for impregnation;

1. Vacuum-injection impregnation.

The products received for impregnation (anchors and stators) must be blown with compressed air at a pressure of 0.2 to 0.3 Mpa and oil and lubricant contamination with rags must be removed from the outer surface.

Before impregnation, the products must be heated in a drying oven to a temperature from 60 ° C to 70 ° C.

If necessary, it is allowed to dry the products before impregnation. The drying temperature is from 90 ° C to 100 ° C, the drying time is from 2 to 3 hours. When drying products before impregnation, it is necessary to ensure that the temperature on the outer surface of the product does not rise above 100 ° C, since at temperatures above 100 ° C polymerization of wound insulation tapes may begin, which will further worsen penetration into the winding of the impregnation compound. After drying, it is necessary to cool the product to 60-70 ° C and send it for impregnation.

The temperature of the compound during impregnation should be from 20 ° C to 30 ° C.

The products heated before impregnation are placed in an autoclave, a vacuum from 0.002 Mpa to 0.003 Mpa is created in the autoclave and the autoclave is filled with a compound to the required level (5-15 mm above the impregnated winding).

The products are impregnated under vacuum for 20-30 minutes. Then, using compressed air, a pressure of 0.55 Mpa to 0.6 Mpa is created in the autoclave and the products are impregnated under pressure for 50-60 minutes for anchors or 20-30 minutes for stators. After the impregnation is completed, the pressure is reduced, the compound is drained into a container and the products are kept in an autoclave for 25-30 minutes to drain the excess compound.

The impregnated products are installed in a heated drying oven set to a temperature of (145 ± 5)ᴼC and heat the products to a temperature (125 ±5)ᴼc on their surface. From this moment, the drying time starts counting down.

Drying time for anchors is 3-4 hours, for stators – 6-7 hours.

After the drying is completed, the products are unloaded from the oven. The collector bolts are tightened on the anchors in the hot state of the anchor to maintain the stability of the shape of the working surface of the collector in working conditions. Then, at a temperature of 100-110 °, the insulation resistance of the product is measured, after which the products are cooled to a temperature no higher than 40 ° C and sent to subsequent technological operations.

During the production process, it is necessary to control the viscosity of the compound in the impregnation plant (storage tanks and autoclave). The viscosity of the KP-303V compound in the installation should not exceed 100 s at (20 ± 0.5)ᴼC according to the VZ-246 viscometer with a nozzle diameter of 4 mm.

The compound in the autoclave may become contaminated when:

1. ingress of metal chips from impregnated products into the autoclave;

2. the ingress of insulating lubricants into the autoclave, such as technical petroleum jelly, efficiency and other materials from impregnated products;

3. the ingress into the autoclave of binders not compatible with KP-303B from insulating tapes, putties, sealants that are used in the insulation of products;

4. getting into the autoclave of solid oil, fat contamination during impregnation of nodes in the volume of KR-1;

5. ingress of foreign objects and dust into the autoclave;

6. the use of contaminated devices (garlands).

To ensure the viability of the working compound during impregnation, it is necessary to prevent the above-mentioned contaminants from entering it.

The compound is cleaned by filtration during each impregnation operation using a removable filter installed on the bypass pipe for pumping the compound from the autoclave into the storage container. The filter is removed as it becomes dirty, cleaned of the settled contaminated compound and, after replacing the filter material, installed on the pipeline.

2. Immersion impregnation.

Immersion impregnation is carried out in an impregnation bath. The required amount of compound with a temperature of (20-30)ᴼC is loaded into the bath from a storage container or from a container. The products are heated in a drying oven to (60-70) ° C before impregnation, and then immersed in an impregnation bath. The products are kept in the bath until the release of air bubbles stops, but not less than 20 minutes. Then the products are removed from the bath and kept over it for 20-30 minutes to drain the excess compound. After that, the products are loaded into a heated drying oven and dried similarly to the process of vacuum injection impregnation.
